MAKE YOUR SUMMER ENJOYABLE – READ! SUMMER READING FOR ADULTS @ KML

Press Release 5/25/16 (Kent, Connecticut) – Beginning on Wednesday, June 1, all adults are invited to drop in at the Kent Memorial Library and start reading for the Adult Summer Reading Program “Escape the Ordinary – Read!” and win a chance at our two themed giveaways! Two Library book bags will have a theme and be filled with various items collected mostly by donations from local merchants. This year’s themes are “Summer Fun” and “Summer Sipping.” Adults will fill out a ticket for each book they read or listen to (including e-books), which will be entered into a drawing on Wednesday, August 31. The more books you read or listen to, the better chances you have at winning one of the prizes.

The Kent Memorial Library’s mission is to enrich the lives of individuals and the community by providing materials, programs, and services to encourage reading, learning and imagination. The library is located at 32 North Main Street, Kent, Connecticut. Visit kentmemoriallibrary.org for more information.
