Quilts - An American Heritage
Veralyn Davee has been a quilter for 45 years and will give us an overview of the history and development of quilting as a uniquely American art form. Using examples from her body of work, she will show a variety of traditional and contemporary designs. Recently retired after 35 years as an audiologist, she enjoys having more time to explore her craft. Veralyn is a member on several area quilt guilds and has won ribbons in quilt shows in both Michigan and Connecticut.
