2:00 p.m. Children's Workshop on Native Species as we Plant the Library Garden with the Kent Conservation Commission and the Kent Land Trust

Come by for an afternoon of gardening fun! Members of the Kent Conservation Commission and the Kent Land Trust will join us for an afternoon of stories, discussion, and planting.  We will be planting our raised bed Library Garden, with a focus on native species.  Lend a hand this weekend, and throughout the summer as we grow our vegetables and flowers here at the Library. We will also plant sunflowers in to-go containers to take home and plant in your own gardens! All ages are welcome to participate.  We will be meeting in the Junior Room. Please call or email (kmljuniorroom@biblio.org) the Junior Room to register.
