Join us for this two part series if you:
• wonder about the benefits of a meditation practice
• have tried meditating and have questions
• have never meditated but would like to begin
We will explore the role of thoughts and the impact of stress in our lives. Then, learn simple techniques that help us have a different, more easeful relationship with those inevitable components of life!
There will be a short guided mindful meditation experience and time for questions and comments. We will meet the following week to discuss our experiences and challenges of the practice and continue learning methods of becoming
more present as we practice pausing and stepping more fully into all moments of our lives.
