As caregivers for others, we sometimes experience a myriad of emotional and physical challenges no matter how much we love the person we are caring for. How do we take care of ourselves and our health, while being there for someone else? Learn how to calm and nourish the mind and body through the integration of breath and a gentle, non-invasive, light touch research-based Integrative Medicine healing modality. We will first learn some Self-Help protocols for ourselves, and then learn how to offer these to someone else. Perhaps come with a friend to practice on during the latter part of class.
