(Kent, Connecticut) – Beginning in March, the Kent Memorial Library will have one-on-one tech advice available for Apple users and mobile technical support for all devices, not limited to Apple products.
On Saturday, March 10 from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. the Library will provide 20-minute sessions to assist you with any mobile phone, tablet, or e-reader including Kindle, Nook, Amazon Fire, Samsung, LG, and many other Android devices. If you need help with your smart phone, tablet, or e-reader? Questions about apps, widgets, Google accounts, e-mail, viruses, and more? Bring your devices and your questions and receive one-on-one help learning how to solve your technology-related issues, and some tips and tricks to make your device easier to use! Please call to register. Only room for 4-5 registrants.
Your technology tutor is Bryan Gundel, a lifelong Connecticut resident, has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and has spent much of his career focused on in-home and mobile technology solutions. He has provided technical assistance and support, as well as private technology tutoring to a growing list of clients for the last 7 years, with the ability to teach technology to users across multiple platforms, and numerous devices, if you’ve got questions, he’s got answers.
And going forward, the first two Saturdays of each month from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. you will have the opportunity for more tech help. The first Saturday of each month Michael Jay, our technology tutor and former Apple store specialist will give you the opportunity to get individualized one-on-one instruction. These practical, hands-on sessions are designed to help you solve problems, learn new techniques, and discover tips and tricks. Bring your iPhone, iPad, MacBook – and your questions! The second Saturday of each month, Bryan Gundel will be on hand to assist with questions or problems with all devices.
